Manorwood is located in Thorpe Market, less than fifteen minutes walk from Gunton Railway Station which connects to Sheringham, Cromer and the historic City of Norwich. For those interested in exploring the North Norfolk coastline, a short journey would take you to the charming seaside towns of Overstrand, Mundesley and onwards to Sea Palling. Those interested in bird life and the distinct ecology of the Norfolk Countryside will not want to miss a trip to the Norfolk Broads, including Wroxham Broad, only 30 minutes away.
Other nature reserve delights include Hickling Broad and the magical Ranworth (with its fascinating historic church). The whole area boasts some of the most attractive open spaces, with Sheringham Park and coastal walks amongst some of the best in the country.
